The house is on a coast and faces the Long Island Sound to the East. The location is 40 minutes north of New York City.

This project was taken over from the original architect during construction and completed with modifications to the original design. Modifications to the design occurred after the foundation work and exterior framing were complete.

At the client’s request, the interior design was reconceived, the exterior cladding was modified and the rear deck design was reconfigured.
