A primary focus of this renovation project is the kitchen. The husband of the family is a chef. The kitchen serves the family and is also a place for cooking demonstrations and dinners.

The kitchen was relocated to the front of the townhouse on the parlor level. The original wide plank floors were maintained, and the original plaster crown moldings underwent a substantial restoration. On the garden level below, a small addition was added creating a new master bedroom and patio.

This renovation was my first project in Brooklyn.
